  Worst experience ever, bought car from these guys. Starting from the first conversation, the guy accepted the offer or proposed an offer which was accepted including transport. Lack of communication with in their departments. When told the transport amount was already discussed. They agreed to transport the car but it was delivered to a dealership 1hr drive outside the state without even asking if it was ok. "THE WORST DEALERSHIP FOR MAKING THE CAR DELIVERY READY"

  There was "RUBBISH and GREASE like stuff in door pockets, seats, dash, air con outlets and on the ceiling. Car was stinking. I understand i bought second hand car but guys please don't do what you did. May be it was not cleaned because it was delivered interstate?? Want to give 0 if i can. The documents were provided late with correct name. Outcome of their mess up - i had to pay late fee fir transfer of car to my name, had to pay $250 for thorough cleaning of car from inside, the foul smell was gone only after a week. One positive point about Amy Pilati - she was the only one trying to help by communicating with other dept's. Thanks to her, but rest of the experience and yhe delivery condition of the car overcame the positives the Amy.
