  I have been going to igym Taree with my wife and children for 9 weeks now we have enjoyed the great classes and jioned the 8weeks challenge. In this time my wife has lost 6kg of body fat gained 2kg muscle .gone from body scan score of 84 to an awsome 90 and i have lost 13.8 kg of body fat and gained 2kg of muscle body scan went from 70 to 84.
